Our Co-founders, Abdala Hassan Juma and Hesbon Gohoti Kizindaro, have years of experience leading expeditions to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Their passion for adventure and love of Tanzania inspired them to create Rashad Adventure, a company that would provide visitors with an authentic and unforgettable experience of the beauty and culture of Tanzania.

In addition to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, we also offer a wide range of wildlife safari experiences, including game drives in Tanzania’s national parks and reserves. ABDALA HASSAN JUMA
CO-FOUNDER
I was born in Dodoma region ,I grew up and studied in Kondoa Irangi where old paintings(archives) are found at Kolo. I completed secondary school and obtained a certificate of Mountain Tour Guide at MWEKA, and Tourism management at DATASTAR Training College .
After completing studies, I started as a guide where I worked for several companies for more than 12 years. While on field , I attended different courses such as WILDERNESS FIRST RESPONDER (-WFR ) , customer care,how to leave the mountain clean(LEAVE NO TRACE) and COVID 19 .
I am fluent in English, Swahili and my mother tongue language.
While I was working , I came to learn and understand that all clients who visit Tanzania had dreams of exploring the nature and culture,and everyone left with life time memory enhanced by professional crew. Being a guide for me wasn’t enough and I wanted to start a company where people from all around the world can reach to explore unexplored places.
I decided to fulfill my dream to show people the beauty of my country as well as Supporting local community by giving brighter future in education , health and conserving the environment by planting trees from the profit made.
Travelling with Rashad Adventure besides enjoying Flora and Fauna , you will be supporting the local community indirectly.
HESBON GOHOTI KIZINDARO
CO-FOUNDER
Hezbon was born and raised in Mara region . He started as a cook on the mountain , and became an head guide.after attended mountain guide short course and is a certified. Hezbon has been working as a guide for over 15years, with over 150 ascents of the mountain using all routes. Hezbon is one of the best guide, Most recently he has led most of different groups for the higher performance near 95% success. Hezbon was trained and certified Wilderness First Responders (WFR).Hezbon is well known to maintain pace , beloved by clients for his best ability which always helps to summit.Hezbon currently lives in Arusha with his family.
PETER ANASTAZI GHAIMO
OPERATION MANAGER
I was born in Arusha region ,I grew up and studied in Mbulu town ,where Hhaynuu water falls are located. I completed secondary school and obtained a certificate of Mountain Tour Guide at MWEKA.
After completing studies, I started as an office trainee, where I worked for several companies and qualified to be an operational Manager for more than 20 years. While in the office , I attended short course on customer care,camping operation and COVID 19 .
I am fluent in English, Swahili and my mother tongue language.
A client is a King always.Come as a guest and leave as a friend.
BAHATH BONAVENTURE
MARKETING MANAGER
My name is Bahath Bonaventure. I was born 5th Nov 1992 in Tanzania. I am recently the Marketing Manager in Rashad Adventure Company. I joined the company after finding out the way we share the same goal which is making the world a better place. Helping people achieving their dreams, has been my motive before i joined the Rashad Adventure and even more after joining tje company. I spent the last 2 years focusing in reseach and exploring the Mountain Kilimanjaro and National parks in my country and some others outside my country. What i dicovered, they did press the restart button in my life and i believe they can do the same to many around the world. Now at Rashad adventure, i dedicate all of myself for you in planning, informing and managing all the necessaries to make sure you get the best in trekking the mountain Kilimanjaro and safaris.

FREDRICK ACHEDO AKATINGISHA.
HEAD GUIDE
Fredrick is a head guide, was born in Arusha town , growing up with Mt.Meru in his backyard. He has worked as a mountain guide for over 25 years. Fredrick has traveled to Uganda , completing an ascent of Rwenzori Mountain, the highest mountain in Uganda. Fredrick is Wilderness First Responder certified by(WFR). Fredrick is not only a guide but he is a teacher ,who enjoys teaching clients about Natural history ,customs and taboos,local culture and his experience on mountain climbing He is the father of 3children and 2 grand children lives in Arusha, Tanzania with his family.
JACKSON EDSON MTUI
HEAD GUIDE
Jackson is a head guide ,from the Chagga tribe and was born in Marangu Village on the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro, He is part of the prominent Mtui clan, many of whom have worked on the mountain in the last 35 years.Jackson has been working as a guide for over 20 years, with over 160 ascents of the mountain using all routes.He has worked with different tour companies as a free lance mountain guide . Jackson is Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certified .He has unending patience,great tolerance ,always smiling and excellent leadership .Jackson lives in Arusha with his family.
HAPPINESS PETER JAMES.
HEAD GUIDE
Happiness is from the Pare tribe and was born in Kilimanjaro region at Rombo Village. Happiness has been working as a guide for 7 years with over 65 ascents of Kilimajaro from all the different routes.
She has been working with different tour companies as a freelance guide. She is strong ,patient , excellent leadership skills ,always helping and taking care climbers to reach the summit with smile and in good shape.
Happiness has sense of humor and hospitality to her clients everyday on the mountain.Every low season she attends Mountain First Aid Training.Happiness lives in Arusha with her family.
